I am stupid
I am a failure and a nobody.
I am a sin.
I’m helpless, defeated, and feeble.
You should be aware that words have soul. We convey strength when we speak with courage.
We communicate weakness when we speak with uncertainty.
We think that what we say about ourselves determines how our lives will turn out.
Therefore, if you use any of the seven “I am’s” frequently or say anything else that implies you are unworthy, it may have a detrimental effect on your life.
Consider ships as well; despite their size and the force of the wind, they are controlled by a tiny rudder.
Wherever the pilot desires. Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things. See how great a forest a little fire kindles! And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity.
The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell. (James 3:4-6)

Can you see how language affects how we live?
People who want to change their life but do not alter their habits of thought and speech become disappointed because they do not see results despite their best efforts to do so.
After all, how can your life change if you are always thinking and speaking negatively? “However, while being a small component, the tongue boasts greatly.
See what a magnificent forest a little fire can create! Similarly, doubtful words can put out all of your hopes and plans for the future.
Simple words of failure, such as the seven “I am’s,” can reduce your life to nothing but ashes.
I therefore urge you to start the process of altering your life.
Think positively and do likewise in speech and deed.
