That is the main goal of the Daniel Fast! turning off all distractions in order to devote yourself to the Holy Spirit.
Sadness, excessive tension, and future-focused worry could all be indicators of a hungry soul. This fast can be just what you need if you can identify to it and you want to find inner peace in the middle of a turbulent world!
Daniel’s fast is a 21-day period during which we abstain from all secular media and information and devote our time to soul-nourishing activities! This includes praying, reading the Bible or another book of faith, and even attending church more frequently.

Starting on Sunday, November 19th, the fast will continue until December 10th. You are welcome to come to the nearest Universal Church, here in Kenya or anywhere in the world where there is the UCKG, on Sunday morning at 10 a.m. to learn more about this fast.
