For 21 days, we will eliminate all distractions that prevent us from spiritually hearing God’s voice and replace them with routines that bring us nearer to the Most High. Social media and the incessant barrage of information have made it harder for people to find the time to devote to their spiritual life in the modern world. Sadly, relationships with God have frequently suffered, causing many people to become farther distant from Him and, as a result, from His power.
In light of this, the Universal Church hosts this unique religious event on a regular basis, in which everybody is free to participate! While those who have been following the Lord but have not yet had a genuine encounter with Him can more successfully seek His presence because their thoughts will be on heavenly things, those who already have a strong relationship with God can renew their vows and seek to learn how to be used even more by Him through the Fast of Daniel.
As you read this, you may be thinking, “This isn’t for me.” I’m not religious. Keep reading because we have wonderful news: everyone has trust in their hearts. To get the results we want, we just need to let this inner force come to the surface and learn how to use it successfully. The Fast of Daniel is the ideal time to do just that.
