The Chain of Prayer to Combat and Protect Against Envy
The majority of everyday issues aren’t just the result of happenstance; there may be malicious behaviour at work. You have to stand firm and combat against envy.
Envy, or the disgust derived from another person’s happiness or success, is one of the main reasons of problems that people encounter. People who experience this have a strong internal yearning to possess something that is not legally or properly theirs:
“For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there.” (James 3:16 NKJV)
Many people’s lives, as well as the lives of their families, have been ruined by the evil emotion of envy. Even though the jealous individual may stand by your side and compliment your family, work ethic, and even your photos, their true goal is to bring you down and everything you own.
This emotion has an impact on both the person feeling it and the one being harmed, yet God’s Word shields us from this evil.
