Special Prayer for Women in Distress

Join the “Special Prayer for Women in Distress”—a moment dedicated to you, a woman seeking God’s guidance and support.

In the Bible, we find several women who faced distressing situations but found solace and deliverance in God.

An Example is the Woman Caught in Adultery:

During His ministry, the scribes and Pharisees brought a woman caught in adultery before Jesus.

According to the law at the time, she was to be stoned to death. However, when questioned, Jesus responded, “Let him who is without sin among you be the first to throw a stone at her” (John 8:7). One by one, the accusers left, unable to condemn her.

The Bible recounts:

“When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, ‘Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you?’

She said, ‘No one, Lord.’

And Jesus said to her, ‘Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more’” (John 8:10-11).

As Bishop Adilson Silva explained on the Intelligence and Faith program on January 8th, “Jesus did not nullify the law, nor did He condone wrongdoing. Instead, He demonstrated His compassion and mercy.”

The Bishop emphasized that this message of salvation applies to everyone: “Jesus does not reject a sinner who is willing to change and move forward, leaving their sins behind.”

A Message of Comfort and Hope:

No one understands a woman in distress better than the Lord Jesus, who is God Himself. While human understanding may be limited, God, as the Creator, knows the depths of every heart and offers life to all who seek Him.

If you are a woman and you are in distress, depressed, sad and you don’t know what to do, here is the solution for you.

What to Do:

Perhaps you are facing challenges that seem overwhelming. Maybe the weight of your pain brings you to tears.
